Document Management
What to Expect from Our Document Management Services
Trucking involves much more than just driving. Unfortunately, there are strict requirements related to paperwork, compliance with safety and DOT regulations, and insurance. Additionally, you must find, negotiate, and book loads. That’s why we handle everything for you: we take care of broker/carrier packages, setup paperwork, W-9 forms, proof of insurance, insurance certificates, rate confirmations, invoicing, waybills, bills of lading, and customs/transportation documents.
We also manage the requirements stated in customer agreements, including directions to shippers or consignees and appointment scheduling. Many people overlook the extensive administrative duties that come with trucking when they think about what truckers do.
As the world becomes increasingly digital, data and information security also become critical considerations. Ensuring you have all necessary documentation completed, filed, and securely stored takes a significant amount of time and effort. This task can be stressful in itself and may add extra pressure to running your trucking business.
